Product helped stabilize the knee and manage pain while sleeping. Not so helpful for daytime use as needed stronger support when active.

Not sure exactly how this works but it does i have bought all kinds of things for my knee an this is the best as soon as i put it on volla no pain its awesome thanks for a great product.

Adheres real well to knee. Supplies support. Relieves pain. My pain is inner knee so I placed accordingly. Stays on through numerous showers.

I've run out of kinesiology tape and have been having trouble with my knees (where being taped would help). In general, I have problems with allergies to adhesives, so it's a big concern. Some tapes I can't wear at all because they make me itch within a hour or so.Here are my impressions of this kinesiology tape:* It's not easy to put on. You almost need someone to apply it for you. You really need four hands, not two. And to be right side up, not looking down at your knee. It might get better with practice.* The "Pi" design of the tape is really for skinny people. If you are fat, the tapes that go up and around your knee are not far enough apart. This isn't a big deal, but it's worth noting.* You can't really remove and reposition the tape. If you take it off, it may not stick well when you put it back on.* It may not stick very well even if you don't reposition it. The first time I put it on I had to reposition it and the tape didn't stick well after that. It lasted about a day. The second time, I put the tape on, I did it right and didn't need to reposition it. Three days later, it's still stuck firmly to my knee. Even when I moved around or sweated. It keeps on sticking.* I would definitely buy this product again, because the adhesive doesn't cause an allergic reaction for me.* As price/value goes, I would probably prefer to just free form tape my knees. These Pi's are about a buck each. Kinesiology tape is pricey to begin with. These are even more pricey. It might be worth the money for you, but I'm kinda cheap.Bottom line: these tapes do the job. My knee feels a lot better, less painful, and more stable. I didn't have an allergic reaction to the adhesive. Three days later, it's still stuck to me. Highly Recommended.
