This pack of fire starters is an excellent value at $20. They work great—easy to light and burn long enough to get a solid fire going. Their lightweight design makes them perfect for packing a few in a backpack without adding any noticeable weight. I’ve bagged up several for our RV and tent camping trips, and they’ve been a reliable addition to our gear. Highly recommend!

03/15/2025This style fire starter is excellent.Use it for campfires using purchased dry wood.Place two or three of these lit waxy coils among the split wood and the wood catches in no time.Beats newspaper, kindling and all that. Used to do it that way when backpacking and camping when I was younger... no more.gvm

We make fires almost every night in the fall and winter in our chimenea, and we use fire starters all the time just to make the process faster and easier. We've used multiple brands and thought we had found our favorite until this fire starter came into our lives. Where have you been all this time?! These burn long, strong, and are super easy to light. The best fire starters we've ever had. Highly recommend!

This is easy to use, easy to start fire, and saves me a lot of time. I don't need to use paper or small branches to start the fire anymore. Will buy again when I finished this box!

So easy to use! No combustion aid is required. I put 2 in my barbecue, which burned my coal so thoroughly that I felt 1 was enough!
