The description says the diameter of the bulkhead is 3/5"... which isn't an SAE size. I found it to be almost exactly 5/8". The nut is 11/16" (18mm).It DOES NOT include a washer.Without a washer it will leak, of course, leak.A rubber 5/8" hose washer will fit perfectly and keep it from leaking.Tips:- insert the long thread from front (outside) to back (inside)- (this means the free spinning nut goes on the inside, where the water will be)- washer (not included) goes on the outside- get it nice and hand tight, and then give another quarter turn or so with a wrench- tighten FREE-SPINNING NUT, as to NOT SHEAR the rubber washer- the nut should be just tight enough to cause the washer to compress just a touch- just use an 11/16" (18mm) wrench, pliers with leave bite marks and not grip that well anyway

Despite the picture, the bulkhead fitting doesn’t come with a rubber gasket so it cannot be watertight.

Lo compre principalmente por la pieza en T, por el precio me pareció muy bien, por lo regular este tipo de piezas para osmosis son algo caras, pero en esta ocasión fue una excepción, muy feliz con mi compra, definitivamente son piezas que recomiendo.
