This meter is for checking ac current in electrical wiring. This can be useful in verifying that you donโt have any overloading taking place on individual circuits or identifying the cause of an overload. You can check each device on a circuit to locate high drawing equipment which may be about to fail. It is quite accurate and has a lot of features and capabilities that would make it an asset in an industrial environment.

This clamp works very well. This meter only measures AC leakage. This is not for those with little or no knowledge of electrical systems, as you will need to understand what you are measuring.

The Clamp meter works well. I use this to measure the amp pull on my home AC unit. The screen is easy to read and lets me upload this information to my pc for monitoring.
