Be cautious before buying. The mop pads shredded after a couple of uses. The part that hold the water broke and will not stay on. Then it finally stoped rotating. It was great while it worked. A lot of money wasted.

I thought this was the best thing! Until 4 months later when it would steam anymore. Can’t return because the window has passed. It’s crapUPDATE: after writing the review, the company reached out to me and offered to send me a new one. They actually followed through and now I have a working one again! Very happy with this company and their response.

This is a very solid steamer. It comes with many attachments. It seems to clean the floors very well. The pads are easy to clean and re-use. This steamer is very versatile and works very well.

I have this horrible linoleum that's the type of brown that just gets more brown when it's dirty. It's really only noticeable when I get aggressive and SCRUB the floor. I even got some of those drill attachments. I have spin mobs. Spraying mops. Why didn't I just think to use boiling water??This really is making a difference. The kitchen is the heavily traveled room and the place we most keep our shoes on. My neverending quest to get the floors clean might finally be over.I've also used it on the crack/edge of carpet that I can never get the vacuum into. I think it looks so much better now.Being able to use different attachments and just toss the pads into the wash is great too. I like to use throw away things as little as possible.

I liked this steamer until it overheated and stopped working the first time I used it. It also leaves green fuzz on the floor. I liked the steam. I just need a sturdier machine. I need to return this one!

I bought this particular steamer because of the attachments, but they are made of cheap plastic that melts from the steam. I was sick when I got it and didn't get a chance to return it within the 30 day window. I was told by Amazon there was nothing they could do, but that I could reach out to the seller. The seller has an automated system that sends you back to Amazon so it's totally useless to try to get help from them.
