carb worked fine but fuel pump pumped in opposite direction to the pump on my engine. could not use so purchased another

Wow. I expected that I would be getting just the fuel pump as requested since the first one was defective. But you sent me the whole kit again. Thank you so much for your kindness. Air filter came apart, the fuel pump didn’t work. The carb works but doesn’t allow the engine to accelerate as it should. Seems to limiting fuel.
