We wrap the lead around the lines on our crab pots. It keeps the line down so a prop is less likely to hit it. The lead is small enough so the line passes through the pot puller without problems also. A good product for what we need at a decent price.

The picture in the ad shows thin spool of lead you only receive a small piece and it's much thicker than what's pictured. Was disappointed

Displayed is a full spool of 1/8 inch lead wire. What arrived is 12 inches of 1/8 inch lead wire. Image is 100% different from what was delivered. Fraudulent display - bait and switch.
