I installed new bellowed up-pipes and deleted the EBPV during the install. If you're going to have the turbo out, might as well do it all at once.Updated review:In addition to the up-pipes and EBPV delete, do yourself a favor and get the following:- KC's 4" intake boot. It fits like it should.- KC's S300 drop-in wheel. It really helps the bigger compressor "wake up" much sooner. With the S300 wheel, moves a whole lot of air without a lot of heat between 1800 and 2800 RPM. It takes significant (max load + tune + RPM) effort to top 1200°F EGT with this setup.

Nice upgrade for the Turbo. the parts are nice quality. only problem was the air intake 4" pipe for the bigger turbo cold air intake doesn't fit well and is a real bear to install. Other than that a perfect kit.

Intake does not fit- size is correct for a 2003 7.3 however its angling is off, lower boost pressure and higher drive pressures than before with no boost leaks. Installed kc s300 turbine and it spools a little better but still would not recommend with stock injectors

Like others said no instructions, which isn't the end of the world but it would definitely help. The biggest problem is that I have had to completely redo this twice because the rubber seal that was supplied with the kit is too small in diameter to create a good seal between the housing and the backing plate. Problem was fixed with RTV. But had to tear everything down a second time to make it right. I put a boost tester on befpre I even startedthetruck the second time.

Good customer service. Included everything pictured. Quality looking parts. Would purchase again.EDIT: everything seemed fine but after finally test driving with my new 180/80 rosewood injectors It was hitting close to 40psi and spun the “new” bearings out and chewed my billet wheel to hell. I ordered a factory garret rebuild and it was much tighter clearances on the bearings. I had to order a new billet wheel but other than that It was a good kit. If you are going big injectors with it I recommend the Garrett bearing kit or it will murder the wheels. Also paired with KC turbos sxe300 style turbine wheel

Bought this turbo to make a “gt38r” myself with and a 1.0 a/r exhaust housing and I am very happy with this kit truck runs great and sounds great a little more whistle now and lower egts with higher boost saved a bunch of money and am very happy with this kit if your on the fence just go for it! I would do the up pipes while your in there too.

There are no instructions, schematics, part assembly instructions. The o-ring between the turbo base plate and the turbine housing does not fit correctly, dont know why this did not fit correctly. The air intake is not shaped correctly and tore during installation. All other parts fit and I was able to get it together and back on the truck. It took 3 times on and off with the turbo to get it to fit correctly. This was not the fault of the parts but was frustrating. Have not contacted vendor about air intake that tore during assembly.
