I used these to replace a more flat bar on my 29" Schwinn mountain bike. I'd like to have even more rise, but the cables only reach so far without replacement. These are perfect and were among the best-priced among similar bars.

I bought this because I was leaning too far ahead putting too much weight on my arms. My original bars had about a 1/2" rise and these are about 4". It's a night and day difference for me. So much more comfortable riding now that I don't have to lean forward so much. I'm 5'10" and my seat is as low as possible. These bars are aluminum and very light. I hope that won't be an issue down the road, but I don't see why it would be. These are aprox 24" wide, same as my old ones. These bars are marked to make shortening the width easier but I did not need to do that. I am extremely happy with these.

I bought this handlebar to replace a handlebar on my Trek Mountain Track. It was wider than the original but that wasn't an issue due to my arm length. If you're restoring a youth bike then this might be too long. It has a great coating and the lines on it makes centering the handlebar very easy.

Great for my older mountain bike that has smaller diameter clamps and fittings. I’ve converted this bike to an electric bike and the new controls fit the smaller diameter bar. The length originally seemed a little long for my liking, but after using it I really like how it feels. Also, it will allow me to add bar ends and not make it feel cramped.

Bought an used mountain bike during Covid which was too small ( bikes were hard to find back then) and forced me to ride in a very bent-over position which resulted in a pretty sore neck after riding for a couple hours. After considering a few ways of altering the handlebar position to allow for a more upright riding posture, I settled on these and the difference is night and day. :)The tight bends on the new set made them a bit of a challenge to get through the old stem's one-piece opening, but a bit of persuasion with a pry bar was enough to sneak them in place and the rest was simple.Yes, they are short, (the measurements are in the listing, so check them ahead of time) and yes, space for shifters, brakes and bell is tight, but everything fit and I'm totally pleased with them. They pretty much salvaged my ride. :)

Pros: Sturdy and light. Good rise and back sweep.Cons: Graphics cannot be removed without damaging the finish. Tight bends complicate installation for pivotless clamps. Insufficient width from end to bend for mounting some brake / shifter / grip combos (too bad no 700mm option with guidelines for cutting shorter).

Appeared well made but unfortunately my grips, shifters and brake mounts could not fit on the ends of the bar.

decent but bars are not wide enough to accomodate controls. i couldn't fit hand grip, brake/gear changer and add a bell before the bar bends downwards. should have another 1 inch per side in length to be perfect.
