Item arrived with "scotch tape" on the anti-static bag. Open it up & the 2 included cables are missing. To top it all off on close examination of the board & components a transistor is cracked open !Never saw that before...

No instructions included. Setting the is a crapshoot. You waste a lot of time trying to set the times. There is no way to know what the time is till you watch (wait) & see what you’re got.If you want to increase or decrease the time adjust the pot & wait the whole time again to see what you have.So far it cycles on & off.

The adjustment does not work. Once this gets power, it’ll click on for one second then turn off and will not work as on delay.

It worked great for me. I needed to automatically turn an induction heater Off. I left it On once.I was able to make a timer to turn Off after 1.5 minutes but automatically turn On with power On by soldering a 10uF capacitor to the trigger terminals. (- is closest to the corner of the board.)

pugged in lights work test relay function, it doesn't work, the relay is bad out of the box, put a test light on it (small load) no change the relay on the board is bad. exchange for another one but i have to pay to have it picked up from my house or drive 45 minutes to a pickup location, feeling so glad i have prime right now, for a 10 dollar item they want like 9 dollars to pick it up to return it, its upsetting because it was bad out the box and no-one cares, it will cost me more to make it right.

Everything works exactly as advertised. I had to add some peripheral hardware to make it do what I wanted. (I really would like to find some little turn key timer module that has a retriggerable function), but this will do in a pinch. This is still a nicely designed and assembled product at a great price.

Working as expected so far (been on the test bench for the past week and working well / as required. It does take a bit of "tweaking" to get the timing to what you need - but once that is dialed in it works well. Will update review if anything changes once installed.

This is a nice little timer. I am using it to turn off a work light in my service truck in case I forget. The wiring diagram pictured on Amazon for the DC12V 0-120 min (Labelled Wiring 2 Reference) shows the load connected to the LOAD and NO. I believe the NC, COM, and NO are just what we call dry contacts. The correct diagram is shown with some of the other timer choices as Wiring 1 Reference. Perhaps I missing something but Wiring 2 Reference does not look like it will work, nor did it work when I tried it. The tiny adjustment ON dial starts at 4 O'clock for zero increasing counter clockwise to about 8 O'clock for max (or in my case 120 min). The 3 O'clock position gave me an on time of 9 minutes. Hope that helps.

I clicked on the 12 volt option but something must have gone wrong. Not sure if it was a computer glitch or if I made a mistake. Their product description is unclear because it states the relay is 12/24 volts. Because of this I did not catch the mistake. I really like the relay's design and I wish I could use the ones I got. Order carefully. The 24 volt relays do not work on 12 volts. There are more expensive cycle relays I've used that have digital display of the time. They use more power and are much more cumbersome to adjust because you have to adjust every digit individually. With these you simply turn a screw one way for more time the other way for less. One screw for the on time and another for the off time. So simple.
