Sheath was fine, but make sure to measure the size of your axe. While it says "Hatchet Axe", no way it fits a standard axe. Maybe a small hatchet but definitely not an axe.

I bought the 1PC Sheath for Hatchet Axe Outdoor Camping Cover Blade Protection USA so I could wear my hatchet on my belt while on private property in the mountains. It's handy to have when walking through the woods.It holds your hatchet firmly at your side when mounted on a sturdy belt. The material is thick and it is well made. It is easy to access and stow your hatchet with one hand. The price was great and I'm glad I bought it.

I liked that it fit both my Fisker and Lexivon hatchets. It seems like it’s constructed well and it keeps my hatches securely in place with the Velcro on the back. The quality seems great and it’s a great value for anyone looking for a cover for their hatchet.

I paid $10.92 on Amazon for this hatchet/axe sheath. It fits the Fiskars X7 very snugly and allows me to replace the plastic sheath that comes with the hatchet. This makes it much less bulky when strapping it to my backpack. It appears to be very durable and well made. I use the Velcro flap on the poll/butt of the hatchet to release or install the sheath--I don't need to unfasten the snap on the top for this. Good product.
