The product works just as expected and was very useful. However the orange spacers that are used are poor quality and do a shoddy job of compressing without totally folding.

This device works pretty well to help fit a bridge to a violin. However, the item I received was missing the red compression washers shown in the sales photos. Another issue was that the two flat head screws weren't countersunk enough where the screw heads would push into the bridge. Countersinking those flat head screw holes is necessary. Another issue is that the Allen screw holding the rubber wheel threads sometimes jams the rubber wheel from turning smoothly. A better design would be to use a metal bushing in the rubber wheel.Irrespective of the negatives, the device does work to properly fit a violin bridge feet to the violin.
