When I recieved this item, the flutes were very rusty. for a precision tool, this is totally unexeptable! What would you suggest that I do? I would like a sharp clean tool! I just tried using tool and first thing the handle fell off! What kind of crap are you selling?

It says it is a violin peg hole reamer, but it is not. Wrong taper for violin, will ruin your pegbox if you tru to use it.
