This item comes as a two-pack of 2x scissors and 2x holder/sheaths.I bought these to cut dyneema rope, which they do very well. Only used a few times so far, so can’t comment on longevity but they are sturdy enough, certainly for the price. Blade edges are beveled and sharp, and have a fine serration that holds rope/wire strands while sheering.They cut straight through coaxial cable, 4awg copper, and 1/4” (6mm) dyneema rope with one action. Very happy.

The scissors are great. Maybe a little to great, my coworkers had made off with my first 2 pair so I had to order a second set and hide them. Definitely recommend if you work with and need to cut a lot of cabling

I was surprised that two sets of scissors came, and I was only expecting one. I am a low voltage contractor by trade, and these scissors are such a necessary tool for my type of work. Love the carrying case.
