I wish this was a larger one-sided poster so I could put it up on the wall in my exercise room more easily. As is, I need to use clips and turn it to display exercises in the other side. Bummer. Lamination is heavy and flattens out nicely under some ironing over newspaper.

La calidad es buena, no es un póster muy grueso, pero el laminado que trae es bueno. Me gustan los ejercicios que vienen. Tengo ya varios pósteres de esta marca y son indispensables para preparar mis rutinas. Es un rollo desenrollarlos. Sobre la durabilidad si bien son de buena calidad no puedo decir si las orillas resistirán, ese tipo de productos con el tiempo se pueden empezar a abrir de las esquinas. Todos los pósteres que he adquirido casi de inmediato los he llevado a enmarcar lo que, desde luego, aumentarán su tiempo de vida.Única observación, hay paquetes disponibles de esta misma marca súper completos y a un excelente precio, yo creí sólo necesitar algunos y me han sido tan útiles que fui aumentando mi colección. Me hubiera encantado haber comprado el paquete más completo desde un inicio y me hubiera ahorrado un buen dinerillo!
