I really like these posters. They are a good size to put on the wall and remind yourself of poses and exercises. They are fully laminated and not too heavy so they are easy to hang. The images are repeated on the back of the posters but with black backgrounds which I actually found are easier for me to see than the images on the white background. The exercises are things you see in videos or in classes and are more gentle stretches. I really like these posters and I recommend them.

This is great for me. I'm trying to work more stretching and yoga into my daily life, and seeing these posters hanging up in an area I often visit (I have different ones in different rooms so it's a constant reminder) help me remember to stop and stretch.I did receive 4 posters, but there were actually 6 different faces, because each poster has a front and a back. The yoga one has the stretching one on the back, so there are two of those. Then there is a yoga poses with blocks, which has resistance bands exercises on the reverse, and the pilates one has additional pilates exercises on the back.These are laminated on both sides so you don't have to worry about the posters breaking down if you switch them out regularly - they say to use pushpins to put them up, but I didn't want to damage them or put holes in my wall so I actually used velcro - four pieces on the wall, and four pieces on the corners of each poster, so it is easy to switch them out.There are a few exercises that you might have to be a LITTLE familiar with to know what they are asking you do to (it's all images and arrows, no text except the name of the exercise), and I noticed an error or two in the stretching one highlighting the wrong area that you feel the main stretch - in the close up image of the neck stretch, the blue highlight should be on the other side of her neck - but nothing that I've been more bothered by than I might be bothered by a typo in a book. It happens! And for the price, it's worth overlooking. I haven't done all of the workouts in all of them yet (except for the stretches) so I can't say if any of the exercises are displayed wrong or in a way that seems harmful, but it's always a good idea to be careful with any new routines you pick up. If one of the exercises or stretches hurts - don't do that one! Pulled muscles are not worth it. Some of the exercises are more advanced too - just be careful if you are new to any of them.You will need resistance bands for some of the stretches and the resistance bands workouts, and yoga blocks for the yoga with blocks workout, but it doesn't look like it's showing any other tools used. Great tool for quick workouts done at home when you need a refresher of poses, stretches, or exercises to do.

This set of 4 posters includes stretches, yoga poses without props, yoga poses with blocks, pilates moves, and resistance band exercises.Unfortunately, my set is really a set of 3 posters, because one of the 4 is an exact duplicate. One side has stretching exercises and the other side has yoga poses on the duplicate poster.Fortunately, since each poster is double sided, I still have 6 unique sets of exercise moves I can do. What's great about stretches and yoga is that they are perfect warm up and cool down exercise moves for any sport or activity, including dance, running, biking and strength training.I already go regularly to a gym for strength training, where my workouts are structured in a circuit of 10-20 different moves to do in 4 sets of 30 second reps with 15 second rest periods between each 30 second rep, followed by a brief 45 second rest period between a set of 4 reps. While none of these posters include the moves I do at the gym with kettebells, free weights, or punching bags, they do have body weight activities and other strengthening exercises I could do on my vacatiion travels away from home to maintain fitness when I can't get to the gym.I like that the yoga poses include both the common English names for the poses and the Sanskrit names. This can be helpful for learning the poses before attending a yoga class or even for designing your own set of moves outside of class. You can use the yoga block poses poster to help support your weight on poses where you don't yet have enough strength or flexibility like "Crow" and "Side Crow" while working on increasing strength. Using the block poses on the poster can probably help you learn ways to incorporate the block in yoga or even pilate poses not included on the poster.I like that the stretches poster has colors on the muscle group areas where you should feel the stretch during the moves so you can focus on those areas during the stretches.Resistance bands and yoga blocks are inexpensive and easy to find here on Amazon.com.One thing I've learned from strength training from personal trainers and from yoga instructors is that there's always a way to adapt or modify exercises to make them easier until you have the ability to do more. Don't give up! It's OK and normal for beginners to not be able to complete all 4 30 second repetitions of every move at first. Some moves will be really easy and others really hard depending on your background and strengths. We all start somewhere. You can use tools like these exercise posters to practice moves at home. Consistent practice is the key to improving, along with good nutrition and adequate rest.
