Sie sind genau so, wie sie abgebildet sind.Ich habe mir die Sticks gekauft, weil mir meine Xbox Elite Controller blöd runter gefallen ist und ein Stick beschädigt hat (Gummi ist eingerissen).Der schwarze Gummiüberzug ist im Vergleich etwas härter, aber dies nicht nicht störend und der Wechsel war kinderleicht, da die Sticks magnetisch gehalten werden.Die Sticks sind nur für die 1. Generation des Xbox Elite Controller geeignet und nicht für die 2. Generation, da die statt eine vierer Teilung nur eine dreier Teilung haben.Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit den Sticks

This item needs more images uploaded to demonstrate how the item actually functions and looks.Initially the Xbox Elite Series 1 only comes with one of these sticks. Be aware of that, this controller was actually thought and designed with the thin shaft domes in mind.For $8, this is quality. Travel distance might feel a bit shorter than the original sticks, but that is because these are meant to feel a bit stubbier than normal.You get what you get. This brings the Xbox Elite Series 1 back to basics and practically back to the OEM Xbox One controller design.You wanna be used to and aware of how this is supposed to feel before buying these.Quality is top notch.I will say that the coating out of the box feels soft, maybe a bit weird, and needs some of your finger oils before it starts to come to feeling normal. That for the most part would be because these are cheaper made analog tops.Finger oils will stiffen these up a bit and make them feel more normal, or at least somewhat close to what you're used to.Lastly, if you're using an Xbox Elite Series 2, stop! Do the necessary reading required, even the images state above. They simply aren't compatible.The Series 2 uses a different mounting style. Please be aware of this before purchase.

These are an OK replacement, they do sit about 1/16th of an inch higher then the original caps, but they do fit snug and the texture feels good.

It is a Direct Replacement for original XBox Elite 1 controller. Looks, Feels and works just like the original. I thought they were a little expensive. But was thrilled to have my favorite Thumbsticks back. I had worn all the black covering off both on my original Thumbsticks. So having them back with the original coving made my day.

Bought these to replace my failing elite controller thumsticks. The are a bit pricey for what they are, but they do seem to be pretty much exactly the same as the original ones but cheaper than M$ charges. They are a perfect fit on my original xbox elite controller and feel as comfortable as the originals, so no issues with their performance. Do just check their compatability, as I bought these for an original version 1 XBONE elite controller and they fit perfectly.

Excellent replacement for the original Elite V1 thumbsticks. Exact fit and feel exactly like the originals. Left in the photo is old worn down one, right is new replacement.

I have had an Elite V1 since the very first release. Due to controller drift, I have purchased 3, and had 4 replacements from Microsoft. Microsoft lets you keep the accessories, but I play with only the short concave sticks and they tend to wear through the rubber in about a year. After wearing out my last pair, I ordered these to give a try, and they are perfect. I can't tell a difference between OEM. Great option.
