These are solid brass and were easy to screw in. The red arrows in the picture point towards the battery terminal connectors. Also the bolts on top og these are a nice added feature.

I purchased as a spacer for side terminal battery. The treads are not even close to fitting standard automotive batteries.I will say they seem well made of solid brass and [I think] stainless bolts and may work on some applications

good price for matched pair of high quality battery post adaptersNOT “Adaptor” as stated in the headline, but actually spelled correctly as “adapter”.NOT “2 Packs” but one single package of a pair of battery terminal adapter posts. You get one “pack” containing 1 small diameter negative terminal post; and you get 1 large diameter positive terminal post. You get two total items in ONE PACKS.Please do not use a hammer to pound on the battery post clamp. Please buy a special battery post clamp spreader. I always clean off the factory varnish or time weatherized oxidation using the special battery post cleaning brush or sandpaper. After installing the clamp, I seal the clamp to the post with spray paint clear varnish on the battery Negative and spray paint red color on the battery Positive.

I needed to add posts to a couple of Lifepo4 battery builds and these did the trick nicely. Nice quality machining, great threading and the perfect match for my M6 threaded cells. I didn't want to have to replace the heavy battery cables in my sailboat and these made it easy to hook the Lifepo4 batteries up to the old cables with clamp ends so I didn't have to change any cables. I really like the convenience of having the posts and still having the bolts in the top for hooking up other cables/equipment at the same time. These adapters are exactly what I needed and I highly recommend them.
