Shipping was poor. Bottle jacks came loose in the box, not in packaging, just banging around in BOTH boxes. Chipped the paint all over both jacks. At some point, one of them slammed off the ramp because it has a chipped groove in one of my ramps.I was very disappointed in the presentation after opening the boxes, but at least they work as intended.

One of the Ramps is bent clearly someone did a job with them the plates got scratches underneath where the bottle jacks meet the underneath the plates that lift I'm also. Missing bolts / Missing bottle jack handles also

Wanted to change exhaust in my Chevy Silverado c1500, I gave up couldn’t get it on the ramp, the driver side kept sliding. Then when I tried just passenger side got it half way then just gave it a little jab with the door to check the sturdiness it shout out smh . I don’t know the issues beside I have a smooth garage floor and smooth metal just don’t mix . Probably have to get some type of grip rubber so it doesn’t slide when trying to go up. Other than that I like them their strong, easy to put together, jacks are alright for the price.. can’t complain about it beside the sliding out maybe needs some type of plate welded on top @ the bottom for the first 6-8 inches idk . I’m just a dumb truck driver lol
Missing parts

Missing the top plate to the ramps which are supposed to connect to the jack. Looks like it may have worked good if all parts were included.
