I used the black polish to rough polish a putty knife then finished it with the white polish on a new wheel. The polish cut and smoothed the surface very rapidly with little pressure. The polish was easily applied to the buffing wheel and a small amount did the job. You get a lot of polish / buffing compound for a very good price. Highly recommended.

These are buffing compounds, in bar form, kind of like soap. You don’t use water though. Just rub a little bit of your chosen bar onto a pad from an electric buffing machine, or just a buffing rag, and watch your metal start looking much nicer. I wish they were in English, or at least had good English instructors, so that I knew what each bar was and the difference. Without any real info, just trial and error will have to make do. That’s fine by me, I suppose, since they’re not really pricey anyway, and they do work like a charm. You get a ton of the compounds from just a couple of somewhat large bars.

I use these for knife stroping. These are the biggest bars I've ever gotten of this kind. I mean for stroping they'll basically last forever. As a buffing compound, they'll still last a good long time. The quality is solid and the consistency looks exceptional. Good value.
