Got these for my new downrigger setup. Easy to operate once you figure it out and they hold pretty good until you have a fish on. I tried a couple of different tension settings before I found what worked right for the lure I was using. Really works great to get your line down lower in the water when the fish are staying down there on the troll.

I really like these release clips. They are more compact than the Scotty clip I've been using, and I really like that you can adjust the tension via the ratchet style closure. The attachment cables and clips are nicely done. I will enjoy fishing with these.
