, I found if take the security tape off slowly it peels off best , dont wait for the last minute to read instructions and clean. Plan on using and making Healthy ice cream as this is my Husbands favorite treat

The product looks great, but the protective tape doesn't come off completely & makes it looks old and used. We don't want it. They are sending us the exact same one and we will try to remove the tape very, very carefully, we really like this model and want to try it again. This was the only machine that made ice cream, sorbet & gelato.We will update this review once we get the other one.
