They are well made and better than the ones that came with my taser. Work perfectly! With all this coronavirus going around, our first order got lost in the mail. I contacted the the seller and explained how we filed a claim, but it wasn’t looking promising. They responded immediately and sent me a new order which I did receive!Thank you, thank you, thank you! Their customer service is so fast and on top of it! If I ever receive the originals I do plan on mailing those back to them. I recommend 100%!

This one stays in way better than the one the stun gun came with. We take on every dog walk. People walk their dogs off leash at time and say, "Oh, he's okay." No, he's not; he's aggressively watching our little dog. P.S. Public Service Announcement; Please always clean up after your pet when out on a walk.
