Other of these that I have don't include the wooden handles and that makes a difference! Just make sure the handles are not exposed directly to the hot grill, keep them over the outside and they won't burn. But the basket part is quality, built in a way that gives the food maximum exposure to the heat from the grill. Just place it on the grill and roll it to keep the food cooking evenly. This is great for grilling vegetables, shrimp, or other small items that would otherwise fall through the grate. This is outdoor cooking at its best!
