These trailer wiring distribution boxes are fantastic. If you're looking at these then that means you probably had the same mindset that I did and that is / was wiring harnesses that are bought that are full length front to back of the trailer. They probably like myself got zip tied to the frame thinking that would be good enough in the long run run. On the hitch side you probably went straight to the terminal plug. While all this was an easy fast idea once upon a time it didn't workout so well. Sadly, when I said it didn't workout so well it didn't work out so well a few times because this was done on a couple trailers, and done on repairs too. Sadly, because it was just the fast easy way to do it so that's where these come in. These Little termination boxes if you will or more proper name Of wiring box looking to solve that problem. He decided no more time wires to the frames and just running them point to point they're going to go to a termination point of presence we're all on converge together and then a pigtail up to the hitch the way it's supposed to be done we're also going to put the wiring in proper channels to protect it no more road debris or curbs or rocks pulling the wiring off. So once again that's where you see swimming they look nice and they will assist us in making everything else look nice on our that is long overdue. So for features these boxes are made out of a solid but yet enough flexible plastic to be durable. They have five points of entrance and exit on the wiring into the inner enclosure. One entrance and two exits that have cable holds on those entrance and exits. And that's a nice feature to have it helps keep your wiring taunt and secured in the long run. One feature I do like is the inbound and outbound points the grommets for them are removable from the flat cover plates and convertible into a regular pass through just by sliding one part in and the other part out it's nice that the hardware for all this is already included along with the cable stays. I do like the nut and bolts style lugs for the termination points this is nice rather than a screwdriver and a screw. I also like that each one of them is color coded on the post to match the wiring order on the label. It should be noted its hard to see in the pictures that each of the mounting posts also has embedded in the plastic molding the label of what that binding post is for. The inside of the unit the box gives a generous amount of working space and also mention the fence between the binding posts is high enough to be feasible and protect any shorts during wiring. Overall it's not a bad termination point for all your wiring and to protect the main point of presence for everything.there are a few small shortcomings to these wiring units first one to mention is I don't like the use of white and black in the color coding for a hot and a negative wiring or ground in this case since it's a low voltage. I believe that automotive systems need to stay with red and black as it's the traditional here in North America. However the rest of the world does use black and white commonly for low voltage just as you would for high voltage however that's a North American thing for high voltage as a standard. Elsewhere they can use Brown and blue. As you see this causes a lot of confusion especially if the label on the front of the box comes off which it will. I peeled one back to sea and it's a light laminate sticker with paper substrate it will not last very long. However there's a small workaround that I came up with for that and I took some automotive clear coat and rattle can and I shot a little of this over the top of that label basically the front of that box and it did seal the label and pretty good. This should make the label last for a very long time as automotive clear coat is UV resistant. This should also extend the life of the plastic of the box if you live in a region that has a lot of bright sunlight like in SW US where bright UV over time decays plastic rather rapidly. To this I also say I believe the unit that each box should have a wiring sticker on the inside of it as well just for general purpose. Be a faster reference than trying to read the imprinting on the binding post. And even for somebody who knows brake wiring and light wiring for a trailer rather rapidly they're still going to have to slow down on these because of the non standard color coding previously mentioned. Now this last item is more a personal thing and if it were added it would drive the price up more so it's one of those things that's overlooked per se because this is a great value on these boxes already. The screws inside for the cable stays and the ones that hold the cover on, all these screws are threaded directly into the plastic housing. Always prefer a metal sleeve insert that is threaded for the screws to easily glide in and out of. This too does have a plus and a minus the plus is you don't wear your arm out trying to thread into the plastic the first time without a power tool . Option is you can use a power tool and you can also strip or damage something if you're not careful . Now the downside to having threaded inserts would be these are going on to a trailer and things rattle and vibrate going down the road and they could work themselves loose without lock tight and things like that so it becomes a personal taste thing . I can't really knock these units for that choice because again it would raise the value of the unit in cost and again there is a vibration risk so it's probably better designed the way it already is . This discussion here does not include the binding posts. As the binding posts are a nut and thread set up I would include a small lock washer or a nylon filled nut (aka nylock) to prevent vibration loosening.Overall there you have it these units are a great value they serve their purpose well they get the job done and well worth the time invested to install them. I only deduct one * for the color coding and for the lack of lock washers on the binding posts and I wish they had a sticker on the inside but that's overlookable as it is pressed into the plastic quite well on each binding post. The one thing could really make them better would be if they had fuses in them or in line reset style Breaker. However that would really drive the price up on the purchase of these in the end one to wish it wouldn't too bad. Again these are great value In their quality and performance.

Nothing mind-blowing here but everything works great. Comes with a few weatherproof seals with one hole left open by default. It's definitely weatherproof, not fully waterproof, but unless you submerged it fully underwater I can't imagine anything will get in it. Comes with a few washers on each screw for making multiple solid connections to the bus bar. Seems sturdy enough, time will tell if it holds up to UV and other exposure but I'm happy with it so far.

These have all the proper connections for a trailer with brakes and power in a 7 way plug. It is great if you have animals. I have goats that chewed the plug off one of my trailers. If I had one of these, I could have just built a section of wiring from a plug a few feet long and connected it right up. These make changing the plug or adding lights or accessories way easier.

These are great when you are rough on your trailers. It really protects the connections, and if a plug gets damaged by chance, It allows for a quick swapout.

Got this to re-wire my trailer from the cheap 4-way wiring to a 7-way system and this was perfect . They have everything color coded on the cover of the box and every terminal inside are color coded too , it made the re-wiring process so much easier !!! The box is plastic , but very heavy duty , every terminal is marked and metal with all the hardware included . Installation was easy and straight forward , and the price is great , especially when you're getting 2 for the price of one !!!! I just couldn't be happier , and love having a heavy duty electrical system for my trailer now !!!!!

Here’s a detailed review based on its features, performance, and overall value:Pros:Weatherproof Design:The weatherproof construction of the junction box ensures that it remains protected from the elements, making it ideal for outdoor use in trailers, RVs, boats, and other vehicles that may be exposed to rain, snow, or other harsh conditions. The waterproof feature keeps the electrical components safe and functioning well, even in adverse weather.7-Pole Wiring Configuration:With 7 poles (7-way junction), this box is designed to handle a variety of electrical connections, providing sufficient flexibility for multiple trailer functions. These functions typically include brake lights, turn signals, reverse lights, ground, etc. It is ideal for trailers that require a comprehensive electrical connection system.Color-Coded and Solid Studs:The color-coded terminals make it easy to identify and connect the correct wires without confusion. This is particularly helpful for those who are not expert electricians or are performing DIY rewiring tasks. Additionally, the solid studs ensure a secure connection and reduce the chances of wear or loose connections over time.Durable Construction:The junction box is made from high-quality, sturdy materials that ensure long-lasting durability. It’s built to withstand vibrations and other conditions commonly encountered in trailers or other mobile vehicles.Easy Installation:The 7-way junction box is designed for ease of installation. The clear labeling and solid studs make it straightforward to connect the wires from your trailer or vehicle. Even for users with limited electrical experience, this box provides a simple solution for rewiring a trailer or RV.Versatility:The junction box is suitable for a variety of vehicles, including RV campers, caravans, boats, and other trailers. Its compatibility with different types of vehicles makes it a versatile tool for electrical rewiring tasks across various types of trailers.Affordable Option:Compared to some other trailer junction boxes on the market, the Anayguto 2 Set is a cost-effective option. Getting two sets in one purchase offers additional value, especially if you need to replace or rewire multiple trailers or vehicles.Cons:Size and Bulk:Some users may find the junction box to be a little bulky, particularly if space is limited in their vehicle or trailer. If you need to fit the box in a tight space, its larger size might be a concern. Not for Heavy Duty Use:While this junction box is great for standard trailer wiring, it may not be suitable for extremely heavy-duty applications. If you are working with larger trailers that require more complex wiring setups or additional electrical functions, you might need a more robust junction box.Limited Instructions:While the junction box is easy to install for those familiar with trailer wiring, beginners may find the instructions somewhat lacking. The installation process is generally intuitive, but having a more detailed guide or diagram could be helpful for novice users.Potential for Corrosion in Harsh Conditions:While the box is weatherproof, some users have reported that prolonged exposure to extreme environments, such as salty marine air, may still cause corrosion on the metal studs or terminals. Proper maintenance and occasional cleaning can mitigate this risk.Overall:The Anayguto 2 Set 7 Way Trailer Junction Box is a reliable, weatherproof, and easy-to-install solution for rewiring trailers, RVs, boats, and similar vehicles. The color-coded solid studs make wiring connections straightforward, even for less experienced users, and the durable construction ensures the system remains functional over time, despite exposure to harsh conditions. While it’s best suited for standard trailer wiring applications, it offers excellent value for DIY electrical work or for users looking to replace or upgrade their existing wiring setup. Its affordable price makes it a good option for those on a budget, though it may not be ideal for extremely heavy-duty use or installations in cramped spaces. If you need a cost-effective, reliable junction box for trailer rewiring or upgrades, the Anayguto 2 Set 7 Way Trailer Junction Box provides a solid option with solid construction and ease of use.
