The lever on the toaster won't stay down so the toaster can't work. Was defective right out of the box. Which is a shame because it's cute.

The toaster is cute and the color is as described in the online photo. It was also very easy to use.The countdown feature was an interesting one.Overall, the toaster is nicely designed and fuctional. It performed well since I’ve had it. (Over a month)Cons:I don’t like that it’s a little pricey for the material/ quality of material.
