This toaster works really well. My kids really like that they choose how toasted they want their toast. It is light weight. It is easy to clean. And it really looks pretty in my kitchen.

Lubricants are used in manufacturing and the sanitary way to remove the oils is through heat or dry runs. So before you use, put anything in the toaster, push the arms down a couple of times to burn off lubricants. If you have touchy smoke alarms in your home, open a window first before you start toaster.The toaster is ok. I say ok as the toaster is not deep or as deep as some, so you won't get a great browning on the top of a slightly taller bread especially home made bread.. I do like the cancel button as opposed to lifting the arms manually. Bagel choice was on last toaster and wife uses, but no use for defrost. If item is froze, I just turn the heat up a notch. The last toaster did 10 years, and had stopped working on one slot. I am happy with this toaster, it is clean and neat, and would buy again.

I recently moved into a new place and decided to start fresh and add a little fun and color to my home decor. I love the retro look and the color goes nice with the other items in my kitchen. It works great. Settings are easy to see and waffles and bagels turn out perfect.

This is the second toaster I have purchased because I liked the first one so much. This is a quality toaster, makes perfect toaster every time. Best toaster I have ever purchased. Handles large breads. Easily cleaned.

Kind of retro + stylish, not as tall as most so doesn’t visually crowd the counter. Don’t need toaster tongs because bread comes up higher. Like the chrome better than stainless - it polishes easily ~ unlike stainless…

The best thing about this toaster is the color and the design. It fits perfectly everything in my kitchenIt works well, toasts evenly on both sides.It smells burnt when it toasts.For me, level 2 is perfect on white bread.The crumb tray is useful to keep everything cleanHowever, there are still lots of crumbs falling everywhere in the machine.

After 35 years mine Oster toaster was starting to die. Its heating elements weren’t working too well. So it was finally time to get a new toaster. After spending waaay too much time looking for a new toaster I finally found this one. Very stylish. Like the retro look. So far it’s toasting ok. What concerns me is that when I use the highest setting 6 my toast comes out medium toast. I am expecting my toast to be burnt but it is not. Any other setting toast is too light or doesn’t look like it’s done at.I am cautiously optimistic for this toaster so time will tell.

This was a lot of money when you don't have much. But we wanted to stop spending $20/ year on a cheap Toastmaster toaster. The last two lasted maybe 6 months each.We wanted to have something that lasts. That has quality.Yes, the bagel setting doesn't do anything. But it toasts frozen bagels perfectly on the regular setting. It does very well with frozen GF bread.The best part for me, the hubby can keep his setting on the right, and mine on the left.Due to my various illnesses, hard food creates sores in my mouth. So with this, there's no forgetting to change the timer and being wasteful.

I've had this a few weeks...and so far, it's Great.I compared several brands, prices, and reviews,...and decided to purchase this toaster for $59.99.When I went to place my order there was a $20 off coupon. 😃. 👍. I was very happy,Even happier after using it.It's well worth the $60, and a even better deal at $40.It looks great. (All Stainless Steel), large slots, lighted buttons, and the darkness/lightness knobs adjust in small, nice, crisp, clicking increments.It toasts great. I haven't tried the defrost function yet, but the toast, bagel, and cancel functions work great.IF, I was being picky, The only things that I would, or could complain about would be,....The power cord, Is definitely, short, and could be longer,...And, it's definitely a fingerprint magnet, but that's to be expected with Stainless Steel, especially the top + front which is pollished.But, being S.S. , that's what makes it look great, and also makes it easy to clean.It is also, Very, (Surprisingly so) , light in weight.Like I said, those were only if I was being picky!I've only had it a few weeks, so time will tell, as to longevity. I will update this review + rating if my opinions change, or any problems arise.I'm very happy that I chose to buy, this specific toaster, over the other's that I compared it to, and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great looking, + great functioning, toaster, at a great price.

I got this toaster to replace one that we had had for years. It was time. I was nervous, as I didn't know the brand. But I liked what I saw and gave them a try.WELL! The toaster is perfect, so evenly toasted. My bagels are happy. My frozen bread, eggos, and so on are all happy! Perfectly done, easy to use, easy to clean up.And my family? Their tummies are happy - what more could I want?I recommend this toaster to anybody who needs a toaster.UPDATE - more than a year later and this heavily used toaster is still functioning perfectly and looking great!!
