I purchased this January 29, it no longer works. After about 1 month no longer toasting evenly now the leverwill no longer stay down when trying to use. So disappointed in item.

This toaster is a throwback to the "old days" before toasters had sophisticated electronics, chips, and features. This one has a spring and a heating element. It does the simple job of toasting things very well. I hope the simplicity will translate to durability. Only time will tell.

It looks great on my counter, doesn’t take up too much room. However it does not perform well. Toasts at edges and not in the centre.

The product is nice looking with the bronze accents, and it fit well into my kitchen, but I had a few issues.First- the slider piece that the bread sits on in the toaster is too narrow and bread falls down in most of the time.Thinner breads, bagel thins etc- are a headache.Secondly, this toaster only lasted 6 months- the middle element stopped working. For a toaster that’s used once a week, it has zero longevity.I would not buy this again

This is a great toaster. You can toast 2 large sourdough bakery slices that normally won’t fit in a regular toaster without cutting in half. You can cook 4 regular slices at once and we found that a setting of 2 1/2 on the dial is the perfect darkness for us. We got the white toaster to match our other appliances. It’s very attractive.

I was looking for a long/skinny toaster to accommodate my kitchen counter setup. This one fits perfectly, and best of all it looks sleek and not bulky. I have not had any issues with the temperature settings and I love that I can finally toast longer slices of bread that didn't fit in my old toaster!Just to note, the exterior does get quite hot so be careful touching it when removing your toast! (this has not been a major inconvenience though)

I thought based off other reviews this would be the one. But I tried it several times with different placements and never had any luck. Constantly one part would be burnt and another part was uncooked. Going to try a Zwilling long slot toaster.Edit: the Zwilling was even worse!
