After my last toaster almost started a fire I started my hunt for a new toaster. I was not looking for anything fancy just a toaster that would get the job done. I never heard of this company and decided to give them a try. For a basic toaster it fits the bill for me. One I liked the black color, no fingerprint. It heats fast and even. The lever is easy to push down on to start making toast. The slots are large enough to for a bagel. It is simple to use and easy to clean. It has a bread warming feature I have not tried yet. The best feature is I can unplug it after I make toast and the sides are not hot. I just pick it up and put it away. It has a number of different shades that you can use depending on how light or dark you want your toast. It also seems to toast faster than my previous toaster. If your looking for a basic toaster than this one will do the job. If your looking for something with a lot of features than I would say keep looking. I choose the black color over the stainless steel. The toaster looks clean without all the finger prints that happens with the stainless steal. The price was decent. The toaster is not heavy or bulky. I’m glad I gave this company a try and I’m happy with the toaster.

Has a great design, we love the warmer so we dont have to have a huge toaster to make multiple slices and keep them warm. That's evenly!

Worked great for 3 months. Tried toasting some bread this morning, nothing. Has electricity going to toaster, but toaster not working. 2 months past return date, of course.UPDATE!!!! I contacted the seller, and even though it was 2 months past the return date, they had no problems sending me a replacement toaster. Thats what I call a great company to purchase from. To be fair, the toaster really is a good toaster. It has a warming rack, and does bagels as well. I will not hesitate to purchase other items from this seller.

Decent toaster for the $. The slots are nice and wide, easily fits a thick bagel. The only thing I didn't like is that the wire is on the side with the plunger. I don't know why they do this now, BUT, you can run the wire underneath the toaster, there are little clips to hold it, and run it out the back. The wire is long enough so it will still reach the outlet with no problem. I have it running out of the back and there's still about 23" of wire before getting to the plug. So it works out ok. I like really well done toast, muffins, bagels, etc, and it does an awesome job. I haven't used the little warmer feature yet but the holders pop right up easily. The crumb tray slides out as opposed to flipping down, which I think works better because the latches on the flip down ones always wear out and you have a perpetual mess. So far I'm a happy customer!

I really hoped to love this toaster. It is a perfect compact size and has all the features I was looking for. However it does not toast properly. One side is abrown and the corner is always burnt. The other side barely toasts. If you turn it past 1 it sets off my fire alarm every time. I'm reading some people do not have this problem and others do. So I am questioning the quality control from this company. How hard is it for a toaster to make a decent piece of toast? Lol And the smell is horrible and doesn't go away no matter how many times you run it. Ahough being a nice toaster in size it does not function properly. So I will be returning.

The toaster I give 5 stars for now. It works great and looks nice.Amazon and the seller I give 1 star. The price was jacked up (a day or so after placing it in the cart) from $22.49 to $26.99.Bought it anyway but still question these price jacks.

Wow nice packaging and new. I appreciate it. Shipping was fast. I have prime and it’s affordable and good to have. I recommend this lovely shop. Great deal. The cord is good length. I think 26 inches or so. I turned the toaster on first without noting inside and it had a smell to it. The burners got super hot. I had the toaster on for a second and pressed the cancel button and it worked. The toaster turned off. Everything worked well. I put poptarts inside on the lowest number which is one. Poptarts got lightly brown. I moved the knob just a little and tried again. Poptarts got a little brown by the sides. It wasn’t even. It was ok for me. I’m looking forward to making toast bread soon. I can make a video. I was to excited and didn’t make a video just I took pictures. The poptarts didn’t taste like the weird smell from the toaster and didn’t smell bad. It’s a new toaster and that’s normal to smell that way. I always buy my toaster from Walmart. I wasn’t sure what to do. This toaster is good and lightweight. It could be a little expensive. I’m glad I bought it. It’s cute too. I hope this was helpful. I’ll try to do a update.
