Not a stable system on a mikolo m4 smith machine. With 35# on each side it leans inward over 6”. I could only imagine the play it has with 80 on each side. Should look into using the same system as the arm pieces to attach kit to rack for strength. 2 bolts isn’t enough no matter how tight you go.

Missing the 1 inch Grommets, but the company has reached out, if they follow through, then this product is 5 star easy. Feels like it is good for lite to medium weight. Looking for high reps, not to be used for power lifting, but good for a solid workout.

Ordered these to go with a power rack I bought they came in and were missing the adapters to go from 5/8 to 1 inch holes I contacted the seller and within a day they told me they would send them out, fast forward almost 3 wks and they finally came in the arms work great and do everything u need in addition to the power rack well worth it the only down side to the arms r the time it takes to move them on the rack but most all arms I have seen have this problem unless u want to spend 1000s of dollars

As far as function yes it's good and worth the savings for basic metal and bolts. The item is dangerous not stable with the pins in a 1in holes on rack. Manufacturer never got back to me with adapters. It is either a slow install or two person job placing it on the rack (occasionally dropping screws washers wingnuts. Need a tray nearby or way to fasten them better like the pins). The handles move in with weight on them plates hitting the rack or tipping dropping the weights needs clips and a spacer. Weight horns are flimsy without weight, and should be removed when not in use. If you can get metal for cheap and can drill holes, with basic engineering you can build this (I don't). Different handles as in two set would be better, these are too universal. I am wide and the neutral grip for benching and press exercises is wide. And it is little too narrow to deadlift lift or do dips on. Overall a acceptable product with precautions at a fair price point.

As many other reviewers have said the 1 inch adapters were missing so they’re useless.Update: Contacted the seller & they mailed the 1 inch adapters & I received them about 3 weeks later. The product works well even though they didn’t are in perfect condition. They arrived in “scratch & dent” condition. It’s not a big deal imo because equipment is meant to be used & not just for show. The only issues is the holes for the hitch pin used to lock the arms in place are slightly off center on one of the arms. There could also be more 2-3 more holes/positions for the arms to be locked into place & quick release pins would be nice because it’s too much trouble to move them to another location on my rack. Besides those issues I love them & the versatility they’ve added to my workouts.

I received the adjustable lever arms with some problems: 1. I ordered black and received red 2. the paint had damages such as scrapes and scratches. 3. the 5/8 screws hold it in place but it is not stable. Arm moves inward when I load with weight and needs 5/8 to 1 inch adaptor to hold in place 4. When I first lifted overhead lots of dust or dried paint specks everywhere.I reached out to the seller and was told they would send 1 inch adapters and never received so I will be returning.Update I received the one inch adapter from the seller and it works much better. Very good customer service so I added 2 stars.

Is exactly what I was looking to add to my home gym for more versatile workouts. Had purchase a previous one before this one but it was horrible to take off and put on and that’s one thing that I love about this one is much easier to remove and put on.

Was looking at the GOAT attachment, Vendetta adapters for Rogue/Titan lever arms for getting more versatility from a lever arms when I found this.Pros:1. Amazing value , the other lever arms performing similar functions to lock the arms at specific angles all were close to $1000+ in cost.2. Fit my Rogue RML (5/8 hole) pretty perfectly.3. Adjustable lower screw which means that I can use any holes on the RML (which has the westside hole spacing through the bench zone)4. Great for chest presses (both straight and inclined), belt squats, rows, shoulder presses, raises(calf, lateral, .Cons1. Finishing and quality control was a bit off, see some scratches and minor defects on the pictures. The seller however was very accommodating in addressing these defects.2. There is a plastic part on the arm that rests on the hitch pin, this plastic deforms at light weight and I'm sure it'll break pretty soon (which will lead to metal on metal contact shortly)3. There's no bearing on the arms on the rotating part, its just connected via a screw with plastic washers.Other Considerations.1. The lever arm metal is a 2x2 versus the other expensive ones that are made of 3x3 material.2. The setup time is higher compared to some of the other available units (pass through screws).3. The welds look average and no where close to the weld quality on Rogue stuff, I wouldn't load the lever arms extremely heavy, the manufacturer does not specify a load limit on these.4. Thinner metal, see the picture with Rogue Jcups and these weight pin metal thickness. Along with the above point, not sure of their weight capability or performance over time.5. Could not find a bar that connects these arms (will unlock a lot more exercises). The rogue/titan bars are made for 3x3 arms.Overall for
