Very good price for the amount of tape you get the quality is durable and as long as you peel it off slow slowly it doesn’t peel off the paint.

I only purchase 3M adhesive tape. The paper doesn't dry out as quickly as other brands, the adhesive is not so strong that it removes the surface that you are masking. The adhesive doesn't become gummy with age. This company puts a lot of research in their products. And the quality is always exceptional.

We love the tape but it isn’t the right stuff for sticking ram board down — it won’t stick to itself reliably. Ended up using more expensive but stronger adhesive tape from harbor freight. Probably great for painting, as the adhesive is soft and sticks uniformly, but it’s not very strong. Four stars.

We are contractors and couldn’t live without this tape. Does a great job doesn’t destroy what it’s put on and make sure everything from painting to covering things up work well.

This is the real deal 3M painters tape. I use it for taping and tooling sealant, not so much for paint, but it’s the same difference.

I'm not great at cutting paint and I wanted a smooth edge, so this is a must have. I thought 12 rolls would be way too much, but I ended up doubling up the tape lines to be safe, and ended with just one roll left over at the end for a 1,100 square foot house. The tape has a perfect stickiness for drywall, it hold in place but not strong enough to peel off any existing paint when removing.
