I used these to install some overlanding parts on my xtrusion overland bedrack. These work perfectly in the xtrusion channels. Good quality and should serve their purpose fine.

Update: Beware on returning parts, I just received from Amazon that the seller has not received all 3 of the bags I returned. Of course there is not much one can do after they have been dropped off at Whole Foods for the return. There is no option to dispute the return, luckily they were not very expensive as they recharged me for the missing parts.Like some others had commented on they don't fit the track slot. The backside rounded part is a hair too big and these t-nuts neither slide in from the end or roll into the track. Will be returning them.

These don't fit 45-series 8020 or Bosch profiles. The nuts have a 8.2mm height and 45-series have a 7.1mm height. Not only do these nuts not roll-in, but they won't even feed-in from the side.
