no more hems that require pins and measuring ... just speeds the process and holds multiple layers of fabric together for ease in sewing. FI you are a beginner or advanced and have not used this in sewing I suggest getting them. You wont regret the purchases. They have a substantial weight to them and that is also a + they will be a ONE TIME buy as they will last you forever.

I like that they are very sturdy and convenient for measuring my sewing projects. Easy to put on and off fabric. Does not move when transferring material back and forth work stations. Value for money spent.

I had these many years ago. I was pleased to see them available on Amazon. I've used them several times since they arrived. A spritz of water on a wrinkled collar, buttonhole seam of shirt or sleve cuff, a curled ribbon tail..... The uses are varied and endless. These save me pulling out my iron and board every time I do laundry. I was thrilled to find replacements for the ones I had lost over the years. Highly recommend.

This is a quality product. Had no issues using it. I just wish it was metric.
