The product arrived as advertised. They look like they will work just fine.** One of the nipples was broken, but I am sure this was as a result of shipping. They sent my order in a box with two heavy rechargeable batteries. The batteries were on top of the nipple package in the box.I don’t need all 20 anyway so all is well. I think Amazon needs to take better care in their packaging. **

These work, but they do start leaking after a year. I got my money’s worth, but for just a year.

One out of twenty nipples leaked. The seller was contacted and responded immediately to correct the problem. I have full working set of nipples now. Pleased with quality of nipples and anticipate they will work a long time.

Installed these into the rabbit pens, the rabbits love them, they aren't spilling water anymore and we could set up a big system instead of individual water bowls in each cage.

These nipples constantly leak even with being fully adjusted. My rabbits are constantly running out of water within an hour from a 5gallon bucket. The total drop from bucket to drinking nipples is only 3 feet. In my opinion they are not worth both the aggravation or the money. I have been using the same nipples for my rats as well and so far a day doesn’t go by that I am not rescuing an entire breeder drawer from drowning because of these nipples leaking. Save your money and go with a different company.

I gave this product 4 stars, because I am honest. This set comes complete with everything, except the 5/16" Inner Diameter and 716" Outter Diameter tubing. You cannot do anything without the tubing. I am from Houston, and not one store I visited from pet stores, hardware stores, big box hardware stores, or farm supplies carry that size tubing. So, 5 stars if it also came with tubing OR somewhere there was a BOLD warning that you won't be able to use the product until you go back onto Amazon and order the tubing. May be a local thing, but I am from a top major city in the USA. One of the 20 rabbit nipples had a leak, tried to adjust it, threw it away, still leaked.
