Watched the YouTube video from "Jimmy's 1st Gen. MINI Rescue" and got it done in about two hours total. Express shipping cost seemed a bit high, but it did get here when promised, so in the end, it's a win.

Had to order one for my left and another for my right rear windows that were stuck open on my 2007 Mini Cooper S Convertible. Apparently this is a common problem for this model as both back windows must move together for the top to come down. Package came quickly and even included a link to a helpful video tutorial on how to install.
