These knee pads work for adults as well and are inexpensive. Shhh.....don't tell :) They take a beating on branches, trees, rocks. They have saved me many times. The adjustable straps are really long, so I would think most adults can wear these.

Bought these for a Halloween costume, fit well didn't really use them for protection so can't adv on how they are in that regards but seem very sturdy.

My son is 5'7" 110lbs. These guards fit well and the flexible straps keep them in place whole running and sliding. We use thes from shift because theyre indestructible. And we do torture test em in the woods.

I bought this for my wife who is 5'1" and about 110 lbs. We were deciding between an adult pair or this youth pair; and this youth pair worked out great. It gives her more confidence when she goes mountain biking. She is also thinking about using these for her gardening work. :)

Too small IAbout to return it . For what I need it is way to small the product is build very well looks good but it does not fit.
