I bought this thinking it was 1200mbps and when it came I noticed the box was marked 300mbps, upon review I realized I had purchased the lower end model of this unit, with the 1200mbps being twice as much. I decided to use it anyway since I was only trying to get better signal to a camera with shady signal on the far end of my house. It was very easy to setup, I don't understand why other reviews have said they had problems. This is so simple to setup that a 10 year old could do it. After I had initially set it up and had it working, I decided to move it to a different outlet further from the router and closer to the problem camera. It worked perfectly when I plugged it in that outlet, remembering all the settings from the setup, so power outages shouldn't be a problem. Camera worked perfectly with full signal strength after connecting it to this extender. Highly recommend for the price.

This product seemed great all beside the set up process! My husband and I have yet to even use this simply because of the set up being not well explained! This is now just sitting in a box in our storage never being used, brand new!! Would be a really good purchase if the installation would of been easier or explained better then the company did!!

Much easier to set up than I thought. Worked quite well to restore good coverage for the back of my house/yard.

I’ve been using this wifi extender for almost 2 months and it’s great. I only use it for my bedroom so I can’t speak to how far the signal transmits. There were parts of my room that had no connection before but now I have no issues.I can see how the instructions could be confusing so if you get stuck, ask your kids or grandkids for help!

It was 4 to 5 times faster than my previous extender. It was very easy to set up. Our signal was barely usable and now there’s been a huge improvement.

En las especificaciones este producto dice que es doble banda y NO lo es, tambien dice que llega a 9 mil pies y desde que me alejo aunque sean 6 pies se degrada en gran cantidad la velocidad mas aun si me alejo 16 pies o mas, ahi empieza a medir menos de 20 mbps y mi internet es de 300 mbps. No lo recomiendo

I built a loft above my garage which is separated from the main house by some 20 yards. The wifi in the loft was spotty at best. This unit solved the problem perfectly. I especially like the fact that I can connect my PC to it using a LAN line, even as it boosts the wifi signal so that my other devices work as well in the loft as they do in the main house. There was a bit of trial and error getting the signal to synch up, but once that was resolved it has been clear sailing.
