I had to change the batteries in the remote and lost the sync when I did. Found the assembly instructions for the bed which had the instructions to sync. They didn't work. Found more instructions on this page and was still having problems. Finally, I found the instructions had an error: They said hold the foot or head buttons (3 choices of which ones for 10 seconds, push the reset and hear a beep. Found another set of instructions and they said hole the foot or head buttons simultaneously as you push the reset. Forget the 10 seconds. it worked and I got a beep!

I absolutely Love my adjustable bed!! Yesterday it just suddenly stopped working. I got it early 2019, so I wasn’t sure if it was the remote or the motor. I tried new batteries, unplugging it and plugging it back. I tracked down the instructions (yes I still had them) and tried to reset the remote. Nothing. Thinking I had nothing left to lose, I went ahead and ordered the new remote. It arrived today and it worked perfectly!!I took off a star because No instructions were included with the actual remote. The information given on this page is correct, but limited and a little confusing. I had my instructions from my previous remote which corresponded to the 1st set of instructions. If you follow the 1st set of instructions and you hear a beep, it worked. If no beep, then go on to the next set of instructions. If still no beep, then try the third set of instructions. Also, I continued to hold down on the buttons while pressing the reset button. Don’t know if you have to do that, but it’s what worked for me. My bed had gone completely flat when it stopped working, and because of this it took several seconds of pushing on the head up button before the head started to actually move. I almost thought it didn’t work. So keep those things in mind. And good luck! 🍀

only issue is syncing it to controller. my controler is under the bed . big pain but not remotes fault. Should have alsted longer the 3 years as once bed is set it doesn't move so remote use is neglable.

It worked perfect but bit pricey but the bed is useless without it. A word of caution...these remotes do not last if they get dropped.

Warning to anyone who buys this remote there are three different methods to sync your remote. Look on the other sellers to get them! This company only gave us one. Didn't work, sent back and saw the different syncs. It worked!

The control of an electric bed is imperative and when the remote control is not working your bed is not working. These beds have no manual capabilities at all to take over use of them. Thank goodness for the quick response of this company. I was back up and working great in 2 days.

This remote works with the mattress firm adjustable base. There are NO instructions!The reset button for this is on the cord not the box. The second set of button instructions worked for us.Hold the buttons down and then push the reset button without letting go of the remote buttons. You will hear a beep. That means it’s paired. Yeah I’m so excited :)
