If you're shopping for one of these for your Dometic RV fridge, just admit it that you're going to break at least one a year and buy the lowest cost ones you can find. My first replacements were a two-pack from Dometic for 50 bucks! Ouch. I subsequently stocked up on these at what they should cost--2 for 10 bucks or less. All have worked fine, both opening the door and clipping the door closed (that god--because I just realized that risk and imagined the mess if the travel trailer fridge door popped open 5 min into a 5-hour drive!!)

Pure garbage. Once on they don't engage with the part that holds the door shut due to cheep not flexible or to flexible plastic. Try to find a oem Dometic part.

It works. It feels super cheap and the handle is super loose. Edges are rough. Probably sand them down. But like I said. It works better than a broken one. I’d spend a little extra and just get a dometic one

Item packaged very good. Part fit perfectly on the dometic refrigerator. Installation instructions were very poorly done . Should be rewritten with better quality photos.

Camper parts are made of plastic and sometimes don't work from the RV dealer. This is a great replacement when this happens.
