This punching bag is well-crafted and boasts a sturdy build quality. It’s a good size, and the feedback you get when punching it is pleasant. The Bluetooth feature is convenient, and the sound quality is surprisingly good for its size. However, I’m not a fan of the mounting options. Velcro strips tend to weaken over time, and attaching them to the walls could damage the paint. The gloves included are very thin, which could cause discomfort if you miss the target and hit the edge of the pad. Additionally, the price of the product seems a bit high for what you get as a whole.

I got this smart music boxing machine for my son to use to workout. It comes fully assembled ready to be hung up. This connects easily to Bluetooth so you can have your own music playing while boxing. There are three volume levels for this board and three speed levels. I really like that it keeps your hit count. The only downfall to this is the gloves included are so cheap and flimsy. We ended up purchasing a new pair of gloves for him to wear. This is really fun and he enjoys it. The entire family has started using it.

I got this machine for my daughter who is learning to box. She loves it. It was a lot smaller than I expected. I wouldn't suggest this for an adult or even large teen. It has good music and sound. The gloves that are included are adequate but a bit thin. It's well made for such a small machine.
