Bought for my 16 year old grandson. He put on door and after a few punches it kept falling off the door. I didn’t return it because it was a gift and it came in a box with no tag just pieces in a brown box. I live out of state and had it sent so I couldn’t bring it back. Disappointed

There are no instructions that come with this, so it's a guessing game when it comes to how much distance you should have between the support bars.The support bars are not very good. Multiple times I have had the bottom one pop off and it goes flying upwards. I even used a 1" wrench to tighten the "non-slip" support boot. (to the point I heard cracking in my door frame!)I have tried this for about a week so far, you don't get the feel of a solid impact when hitting it.I'm considering sending this back and going with a different option.If you have to buy one of these, go with the cheaper options available.

This is a new concept of puching bag for me, as i only tried the hanging punching bas and puching devices that requiers to be installed on the wall that may cause damge od drilling or affect the paint.this one is different as it doesn't require any additonal steps, just two adjuestable rods that can be installed in minutes in any door space and be ready whenever you need them.the quality of the punching bag itself is excellent.

I live in an apartment so finding a punching bag that can be set up in the doorway of any room is great for when my son or I need to work out. I am so glad I decided to grab this doorway boxing bag for this holiday. My son has always wanted to work out but never has the equipment for him to work out in small spaces like apartments. This bag was easy to put together in the doorway, all I needed to do was put the bars together and connect the bag, I love how the bars are adjustable so they will fit in different size doors.

The installation was easy and secures the punching surface very well. The device is well made and responds to use very nicely.I would recommend this product to anyone with limited space and the desire to do some boxing training.

Once you go through the setup and tear down a few times, you can get this setup in no time. Good for light workout and aerobic exercise. Make sure to get a good pair of gloves or wrap your hands to prevent bleeding knuckles. It does take a bit of time getting use to it but don't quit, it gets easier.

My FIL has Parkinson's disease and has been doing boxing to help slow the degradation of muscle control. As sad as it is, he has enjoyed boxing, but the classes were once a week. We had him stay with us for a few weeks over the summer and this was a great solution for him -- he could use it daily, it installs easily, and kept him engaged.This is by no means a replacement for a weighted punching bag, but it is a great option for some lightweight boxing to get the heart rate going. My wife has also used this for more cardio-style boxing.
