I am so disappointed. While it was being INSTALLED, they found 7 chipped crystals! There were NO extra crystals in the box. I’m definitely going to have to return. What a hassle!

This is a gorgeous chandelier and actually looks just like the photo, lots of sparkle and shine. It's glass and not plastic, with the glass being quite crystalline and prism-like. It was packaged carefully and arrived quickly. No problems with installation. I initially thought maybe it was too glam but my husband is quite smitten with it and selected it himself, and he's not really into glam style. Overall it's a win.

Gorgeous BUT many of the crystals came damaged. And, it's not dimmable via a light switch. You need to download some sort of app and/or use a separate remote control so my lutron light switch can only turn it on and/or off. For $200 price, I guess you get what you pay for. If you're looking for an affordable chandelier, and don't mind that you can't dim it from a light switch and just want aesthetically pleasing then go for it. Otherwise, be prepared that crystals may arrive broken. And, be careful to secure them tightly or they will fall out.

Electrician said easy to install. Looks expensive. I spray painted it chrome. I love the way it can change light color from bright white to soft and dimmed
