The kit has alot of items included but the punch needles have no marking that shows what size they are. If you need a certain size needle for a project, I'm not sure how I'm to tell which what the needles provided in the kit are.

As a beginner to punch needle, these work pretty well for me! I haven't had any issues with the needles falling out of the handle, and my stitches are drying in the cloth, so far I'm pretty happy with this kit!

I got started doing punch needle and I'm still very much a beginner, after seeing it at a fiber arts fair. It's surprisingly easy to do with the right tools.Now, there are no instructions but you can find info online in sites to how to use these, like how to thread the punch needle, but again, the barrier to entry is low and easy to find. This has all sorts of tools to expand beyond beginner to different weights of yarn. Truly a great kit for beginners and advanced beginners.

It's not the best quality, at all but for beginners or kids it will work.
