This 2.5" Round Plastic Louver is heavy duty, injection molded plastic for strength. Fit into 2-1/2 inch round holes using drill type hole saw and held in place by the knobs on sides of vent. These ventilating soffits are universal and can be used for eaves, reptile cages, display cases, spice racks, and any other place where you need air ventilation.

These worked great for me. I have a NAS and a Tablo that generate a lot of heat in a 2-shelf cabinet. I have a good ventilation fan setup on an upper shelf, but none on the lower shelf. I drilled 3 holes in-between them and inserted these vents in the holes. The temperature on the lower shelf dropped 10 degrees. I'm impressed with the quality of these vents as well.

Mice were getting into our Caldera Niagara hot tub through a circular hole because it was missing a screen. It was impossible to reach it from the inside and the clearance under the corner with the hole was only around 1/2 inch. The design of this vent allowed me to put plenty of silicone sealant around its inside lip and edge, slide it under the corner of the hot tub, lift it into the hole, stick it in place, and slide a board under it until the adhesive dried. Problem solved!

Fits loose in a 2.5 inch hole but can use a little sealant to make them work.
