These are nice and pliable, but strong. Fit perfect in a 3/8" hole. Performed a re-install on another car of a 2022-2023 WRX ground effects complete kit requiring 32 of these. Worked perfectly, just as the stock wellnuts that came with the Subaru OEM lowers, and tourqued to spec. I saw the knurled brass and the mushroomed body on the other cheaper brands, and in reading the reviews, all others were obviously sub-standard. These are not (assuming no issues with age degredation) but, they will push through the hole if you're not gentle. Seems like maybe they are urethane? The only way to get these from subaru is to order a complete re-installation kit (For each piece). Would definately recommend, and really pleased I found these.

I first purchased another option on Amazon which looked more like OEM, with tip which was "pre-mushroomed". This first choice was terrible and the brass inner nut easily separated from the rubber making the nut useless. This one is smooth but nut stays attached and works SO much better. Doesn't look like OEM but works as good or better.

Fits 3/8" hole perfectly.Used for kayak. Tested on plastic piece saved from access hatch installation which is 1/8" thick.Tested pull out strength on sample and it seems pretty strong.Great price for 25 pack.Definitely satisfied.

After reading the review of this and similar products went with price expecting to use a slightly larger rope. Upon inspection of the hoist after arrival bought 5/16 inch rope at hardware store and used the new rope not only is stronger but the larger diameter is easier to grip. The rest of the hardware was fine however i did buy longer lag bolts as one of my kayaks with gear is hitting 90 lb. my ceiling height is 13 ft and 50 ft of rope was fine for the 10 ft kayak

These are a quality product. Worked perfectly for mounting the windshield on my 2013 Arctic Cat m800 were part number 1623-764 is called for. The package of 25 was less than what I would have paid for the four I needed if I had bought them at a dealer.

Bought a pair of the OEM Subaru STI under spoiler (2015-2020 WRX) used and it didn’t come with all the hardware. These wellnuts are the same fitment as the ones that are suppose to come with the kit when bought brand new. Made my install a lot easier and closer to OEM. Perfect!
