How to Choose Right Size?
Method 1
Check the diameter of the original seatpost, choose the same diameter of the original seatpost.
For example, if there's a mark " Φ27.2"on your old seat post, then you can buy a new 27.2 mm seat post.
Method 2
If you have a vernier caliper, measure the diameter of the original seatpost, then buy a similar size new seat post.
For example, if the measurement is about 27.1 mm, then select a 27.2 mm seat post will do.
Method 3
You can use toothpic and a ruler to measure the inner diameter of the middle tube of the frame, then buy a 1 mm thickness less new seat post.

How to install?
Step 1
- Loosen the clamp screw
Step 2
- Insert the seatpost into the groove
- Tighten the screw
Step 3
- Unscrew the screw
- Adjust the seatpost angle
Step 4
- Tighten all the screws

I had a seat post with a built-in shock absorber which prevents it from placing it on a lower position. This is a perfect replacement, but I needed to get a 27.2mm to 33mm adapter to fit my eBike. This seems to be made from aluminum alloy which makes it sturdy and very light. My extra wide seat also fits the post. LITEONE isa good quality brand based on my previous purchases.

I had a bike that had a seat post that just didn’t quite fit. I had to torque the clamp way too much to get the post to stay in position. This kit, with its 3 shims, solved the problem. Using the correct shim and this post, the seat clamp (and seat) works the way it should. (Ps: I bought the bike second hand and conclude that someone prior had used the wrong seat post size.)
