The product itself is solid, and does what is is supposed to.... an improved riding stance (for me, 5'10")What I deducted one star for:Finish is very nice, but the color does not match the factory part. Very close, but just a bit off.INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS are not very good, they work, but you shouldn't have to make a custom tool. I solved this with removing the handlebar nut (27mm, under the bmw logo) and THEN following most of the instructions from there.This said, I WOULD recommend and buy again.Difficulty of install: 1 busted knuckle out of 5Length of install: 1 beer.

Good quality and fit. Personally I think it is a little pricey for what you get but I always appreciate the after market guys! Life is so much better with aftermarket parts!! That said, Im not sure where the 1 3/4" rearward measurement comes from. These adaptor plates have new holes which are only 3/4" back from the old holes. I checked the part number to make sure I had the correct parts. I wasnt sure I wanted a 1 3/4" rearward shift anyway, they feel fine just with 3/4".

Looking at it i didn't see how it could move the bars back an inch and 3//4 but after installing the first side I measured to a common point at the rear of the bike and it did. I'm 5'9" and this definitely made it more comfortable to ride.

I bought a HeliBars® Tour Performance™ handlebar risers for BMW K1600GT / K1600GTLI installed it to find out your description is inaccurateYour script say"nstall beneath your stock bars and raise them 1/2" (12mm)** and move them towards the rider 1 3/4" (44mm)**"mind you I checked and its only less then 3/4" towards the rider.
