At least 10% of the population has a bad experience with 3D for one reason or another (such as headaches, nausea or epilepsy to name a few). Now you won't feel left out when everyone else is watching 3D you can enjoy the movie in 2D just as if it was any other normal movie.
Works with all home Passive 3D televisions (and with any other application that uses Circular 3D technology) – Works in all RealD Theaters (and in any other 3D theater that uses Circular 3D technology).
Prior to now 2D glasses were either to heavy, bulky, horribly overpriced, scratched too easily or just plain low quality throw away style 3D glasses. eDimensional went back to the drawing board to bring you the best value as virtually every manufacturer got it wrong. You may have been to a 3D theater and gotten glasses that were recycled and scratched on the lenses – we decided to double our cost of manufacturing the lenses to make our lenses 2-3 times as thick as theater glasses and we designed them with scratch resistant lenses not to mention we also include a glasses cleaning cloth so there is no guessing on what to use to keep your lenses clean for a longer life. You may have found that your 3D glasses plastic broke after a few uses. We also doubled the cost of our plastic only using virgin top quality plastic that is durable and will bend quite a bit prior to breaking. You may have had 3D glasses that were bulky and too heavy. Our 3D glasses are light as a feather and you will forget that you are wearing them. Don’t mistake the light weight for low quality as you would have to try very hard to break them and with proper use they will last virtually forever. NOT FOR USE IN IMAX 3D THEATERS

Works as advertised, so is good for people who get eye strain or headaches from 3D. But beware that it doesn't work for all 3D technologies (of which there are several). It works for "RealD 3D", which appears to be the standard in most movie theaters, but is advertised to NOT work for IMAX 3D, for instance.

Bought it for a friend and she seemed pleased enough with it, especially the fact that they could fit over her glasses.

I haven't had an opportunity to use these glasses in the theater yet, so I can't comment on how well they work in that regard. I will update my review when I do try them out. In the meantime, they are well built and should last quite a while under normal use.

Bought these to use at a Real 3D theater and they worked out perfectly. Wish I had known about then sooner. The headaches they could have spared me from would have been with it alone.

These will work in Real3D theaters which use circular polarized light for each eye, but will not work in IMAX theaters which use linear polarization for 3d. The advantage to linear over circular is the glasses are cheaper and the screen comes through brighter.
