Clicker Training for Dogs
Dog clicker is a communication tool that makes a clear and brief "click" sound when pressed. During clicker training, there is no scolding or punishment involved; it's all about building trust between you and your dog. After the dog performs the correct behavior, you give them a treat as a reward.
The Way Home for Dogs
Dog whistle is a small tool used to call dogs from a distance. It produces a high-pitched sound, often ultrasonic, that can reach far distances to summon your dog back home. Your can also be used to stop neighbor's dogs from barking.
“Sit Down” Training
1.Gently press the dog's back or lure with a treat to encourage sitting.
2.The moment the dog sits, immediately press the clicker to mark the correct behavior.
3.Quickly follow the click with a treat reward to reinforce the action.
4.Use verbal command say "Sit down," click the clicker as the dog sits, and give a reward.
5.Repeat the sequence—command, action, click, reward.
6.After the dog has mastered the commands, using only the verbal command followed by the click and reward when the dog complies.
"Designated Toilet" Training
1.Place a diaper or paper with the dog's scent in the designated bathroom area to attract the dog to that spot.
2.Use the clicker along with the command “Toilet” to guide the dog to the designated spot. Reward with a treat upon arrival. Allow the dog to smell its own scent before it relieves itself.
3.Each time the dog uses the designated spot correctly, use the clicker to mark the behavior and offer a reward.
4.As the dog begins responding reliably to the verbal command by going to the correct spot, gradually reduce the use of the clicker.
"Recall" Training
1.Stand near your dog and blow the whistle at a consistent pitch each time before giving a treat. Repeat this to familiarize puppies with whistling sounds.
2.Begin using the whistle right before you say the recall command (e.g., “Come”). When the dogs responds and come to you, immediately offer a treat and praise.
3.Start increasing the distance between you and your dog while using the whistle followed by the recall command.
4.As your dog becomes proficient, start reducing the frequency of treats. Use verbal praise or petting as rewards, ensuring the dog still responds reliably to the whistle alone for recalls.

The button on this clicker is very difficult to press. Not only is there too much resistance, but the positioning also makes the tip of your thumb hit into the plastic frame as you depress it. It also catches as you release, making this very uncomfortable to use, and even sometimes painful. The click is very loud and effective, but I would like to find one where the whole button and my thumb doesn't go down inside the device. I really like how this has a whistle and clicker in one unit, as both serve different purposes in our training process. While the price is very cheap, so is the quality.

They're dog clickers, and they work so 4 stars. The only issue is they are made will cheap material so I'm not sure about the longevity but at the same time they are also cheap to buy so it's not a huge issue. They have a loud sound when used, and it's very easy to press the button just make sure to press to the front, otherwise it won't make the click.

I bought these to train my new puppy. The clickers seem good, as they both click as expected. I'm disappointed in the "ultrasonic whistle" though, as this is definitely not ultrasonic. I can hear the whistle just fine when I blow it. I guess if you want a regular whistle and a clicker, these are inexpensive. They are a bit larger than a standard clicker though because of their whistle. It came with 2 clickers and two lanyards.

These 2-in-1 clicker and whistle combo are perfect for dogs training. They are well made with the right size to easily keep in your pocket or around the neck with an included lanyard. The click sound is loud for getting dogs to pay attention. These are great value clicker and whistle combo perfect for dog training.
