I have a lot of shrubbery and at any given time, something desparately needs trimming or cutting back. Being able to grab these hedge trimmers, spend 5 minutes trimming with no electrical cords or finicky 2-cycle engines keeps things looking better and more well kempt.These arrived with a good charge on the battery, so I immediately removed the grass clippers and inserted the hedge trimmers and the battery and spent about 15 minutes neatening things up. The grass clippers worked well where my lawn meets a stone wall, and again, I didn't have to crank up the string trimmer for a rather small job.If you maintain your own yard, or just like to trim things a little between landscape maintenance company visits, this is a great product. I took off 1 star because removing and attaching both the battery and the cutters is somewhat of a wrestling match. Maybe this will get easier as everything gets more broken in.

The rechargeable battery lasts a long time on a single charge. I can trim my entire yard without needing to recharge.

Does my shrubs without issue. Battery lasted plenty to do what I needed. Not too heavy. Seems durable.

This trimmer is pretty good for light duty trimming. It comes in a very compact box. The batteries (two are provided) charge up quickly. The hedge trimmer attachment took me a couple of tries to lock in, but once it was in, it stayed securely. I had a little bit of difficulty detaching the battery when I was done. I found it a little difficult to push the safety switch and the trigger switch without using both hands, but I like the fact that it has the safety switch. As for the cutting feature, it worked pretty well on thinner stems/branches. I occasionally needed to go back over the same area of the hedge, not it did a pretty good job. I had some branches in my bushes that were about 1/3" thick, and this hedge trimmer was not cutting it. Overall, I'm happy enough with this for light duty trimming. If I could give 3.5 stars, I would, but that's not an option.
